Accomodations

There are several residences with furnished apartments available for rental.

Residence "Le dôme des rousses"  is operated by the city of Vaujany. Some special rates are offered to the chess festival participants: 10 nights from july 10 to july 20 for the price of one week. The rates are the following: 

• Studio (3 people max)s = 537€ / 10 nights
• 2 rooms (5 people max) = 696€ / 10 nights
• 3 rooms (7 people max) = 936€/ 10 nights

The other main residences are operated by  Madame Vacances (Residences La Cascade and Les épinettes, as well as  Hôtel les Cimes) and Goelia (Le Crystal Blanc).

Residences "La Cascade" and "Les épinettes":

We have negotiated with the rental agency "Madame Vacances"  a rebate of 5% on all public rates in those residences. It is valid on all rates and can be added on top of possible other rebates offered at the time when you rent. Booking directly online through the Madame Vacances web site (or by phone) giving at the time of paying the special  code ECHECS5 which will give you a 5% rebate on  8, 9 or 10 nights rental in residences "La Cascade"  or "Les Epinettes", with arrival on July 9, 10 or 11 and departure on july 19 or 20.

Résidence "Le Crystal Blanc":

This residence is sold by the rental agency goelia you can book directly online by following the link above and choosing Vaujany as your destination.   To date and until march 31rst you can benefit of a special early booking offer "two weeks for the price of one week" Even if you wish to arrive only in the middle of the first week this "early booking" offer is really interesting but it will end on March 31rst. 

A lot of private rentals are also available through the Vaujany tourist office web site, which allows you to check availability, book and pay directly online.

Vaujany locations has a large choice of chalets and appartments for rental.  Application fees offered to all tournament particpants. Web site in english, french and dutch.  On line payment possible.

Hotels

"Le V de Vaujany" (Hotel, SPA, Restaurant):  a brand new **** hotel with high quality services at reasonable prices.  Hotel, SPA, Restaurant. 10% rebate offered to the chess tournament participants for superior type rooms (public price 240 to 260€/night depending on the dates).  Buffet breakfeast cost 25€. Hôtel les Cimes:   A small and lovely hotel and restaurant. The hotel has been closed for two years and was entirely upgraded, it reopened in 2023. You can book through the web site of the "Madame Vacances" travel agency or by calling +33 4 79 65 08 41

Auberge Passoud:   In "L'enversin d'oz", very close to Vaujany. Another small and lovely place.
